Anyone seen a bounce RFA?

This thing has had these bubbles for about a year now. Has anyone ever seen this before?

I've never seen that before. It probably has something to do with lighting. Mushrooms and acans bounce because of heavy actinic lighting, and I imagine that the same happened here. Whatever the case, neat nem.
