Anyone seen peppermint shrimp eat vermitid snails?

I have a huge breakout of vermitid snails. I also had a lot of aptasia. So I added 5 peppermints to a 90 gallon tank. They wiped them out in a day. Before I take out the peppermints and put them into another system, has anyone heard of them eating vermitid snails?

I had a few vermitids for 2 years and the Peppermints never touched them, BUT they LOVE eating Acans. Especially new ones added to the tank the day before. Banished from my system forever. Lost all 4 of the Acan heads too.

Vermitids are self regulation. Feed a little less and they will gradually die off.

My male emerald crab eats them, most of the rest died off on their own.
