Yeah I believe so, what exactly was OP looking for? Personally, I superglue these legs onto the bottom of frag plugs already in the rack. Artist’s rendition here because I recently moved to a magnetic rack. This setup worked well for me until I needed the real estate back.

so the white is the frag rack, the blue is a frag plug IN the rack like normal, then the purple would be the leg. Repeat on all four corners of the frag rack.
