Anyone take their ATS offline?

Has anyone taken their ATS offline?
I feel like it either "soaks" up too many nutrients or not enough (when I clean it).

Although my display is algae free. Even though my NO3 and PO4 are yo-yo-ing.....

Mine has been off line for a year. Once my corals grew enough to take up the nutrients the scrubber became unneeded.

I found the same. Mine has been offline for over a year, and even though I feed very heavy, I still need to add NO3 and PO4 supplements. Only downside is I have some GHA growing in dead flow
spots.
