Anyone use hw Trace Tip 1 and Trace Tip 2 trace elements?

Anyone use hw Trace Tip 1 and Trace Tip 2 trace elements? Any thoughts about the product? I purchased some from bulkreefsupply and they can't keep any any stock... they say more's on the way... but nothing for months. So it's hard to get? Thank you.
