Ok. For 22 gallon .. i am thinking to use sturdy console table.. anyone has some input.?

Agree above i will never do another stand made from this material. Might just be me but a few drops here few drops there during maintenance. Forget to turn off something, or reattach. You see the mistake a day or 2 later in the laminate.

Particle board is ok for the face, but you want the frame to be lumber or metal. But then again, the board will get ruined once water hits it and its too thick so just avoid the material all together.
Should look for something else.

@moga if your handy, there is a great diy stand floating around this forum.

But, it seems from your OP, your looking for something good and quick. Correct?

Should i get solid wood one then?

I think you’ll find that most people go with wood or metal. It doesn’t have to be a stand that is advertised as an aquarium stand. It can be a nice looking piece of wood furniture.

how heavy are you? 22 gallon is over 200 lbs.

22 gallon tank but it has sump section built in.. so its about 18 gallon.

how does the stand feel when you sit on it? wiggly? firm?

This is a definite maybe based on how sturdy the table feels. As others have said, 200 pounds is a safe weight to use as an estimate. Technically the water weight will be 8.56 pounds per gallon of saltwater plus the weight of the tank and any sand, rocks, etc. so it will be in the 200 pound range.

One other thought - it is fine the way it is as far as the finish, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to add another coat of polyurethane to the top. Good luck!
