Anyone using a Kamoer single head pump for a calcium reactor?

I just bought one and am having a hard time setting it up. They are marketed as a continuous running pump suitable for CaRx's.

My CaRx, MRC 6, has an inlet feed of 1/2". The pump tubing is tiny. Ive managed to reduce it to fit, but now at a setting of 100ml/min I get 28ml out.

regular air supply tubing is to big, but I bought a "mini airline tubing" . Im almost sure its related to tubing size.

I know some have had success with this pump. Please advise.

I didnt even realize there where multiple sizes of airline tubing till i got this pump. When i go to LFS and bought "regular" airline tuning it was 3-4 mm ID. It was to big even with wire ties securing it down, it sucked air and wouldnt work. Then I see a smaller one that is 2mm it fits perfectly, but IMHO slows the flow to rediculosly low levels as stated above.

I know amny use masterflex pumps for what im trying to do, but i havenet been able to find one at a reasonable price, So I bought this thing that has many possitive reviews for continuous use.
