Anyone using Poly-fil?

Thinking about putting some in my new soon to arrive HOB. Is this brand from Walmart safe for salt water tanks? thanks all

I used to. Never had a problem.

Only problem I had was when I first add to the filter cup, the skimmer overflows for a couple of days. Don't know if a pre rinse of the Poly-Fil would help or not?
