Anyone using the IM Nuvo 40 gallon?

Hey guys have my eye on a 40 gallon Nuvo was wondering were everyone's thought that own them? What lights are you using? Do you have more LPS or SPS?

I recently went from a XR15w Pro G3 to a XR30w G3.

I run a mix reef but switching to more sps

I have one aswell. I am running the Maxspect Ethreal led my tank is mostly LPS with a couple of SPS. I really like the tank. Very well put together. Looks nice and clean.

I have one as well. I really want to upgrade to something not so square. But overall I really like it. I run a Kessil AP700 over mine. Mixed reef.

I have a Nuvo 40 as well. So far I really like it. It has just been up for 12 days, but so far I like it. I am using the Ati Dimmable.

I have one and can not wait to get rid of it.

I have been keeping tanks since I was 8 years old just turn 64 years old last week. An it has been one of the worse tanks I have ever set up. Will be upgrading to a much bigger tank soon.

So...you hate it because it's smaller than you want? I don't think that's the tank's fault.

Well... I have to agree with reefwiser. I'm really not a fan of all in one tanks and found mine difficult to clean and find good equipment for. However, thats just me; if you like AIO tanks go for it. I've seen some great nuvo tanks (like the ones above), but I defiantly prefer a sump.

The problem is the instability of water chemistry in a small volume of water. An a small sump. I do auto water changes on the tank now to help with the small water volume. When I talk to many of my friends who are LFS owners small tanks like these all in one units are the most common to have customers come into them about problems with a tank.

I have this tank and absolutely love it! I'm running a Kessil A360W on it with mostly softies and lps with the exception of a few easy sps corals.

I really like the light. This is my first led so I don't have anything to compare to it. I find the set up to be very easy. I would definitely recommend it overall. this is my schedule as of now.
