Anyone using their doser for RO water?

I've got a Jebao to start dosing alk and I'm thinking about setting it up to dose RO water as well.

I know about how much is used over the corse of day on average, so I don't feel there would be any problem specially if I undershoot it a little bit and then top off any variance weekly?

Am I missing anything obvious?

Why not just set up an ATO and take away the guess work?

As long as your tank(and associated evap) is small it should work fine.
