Anyone with a Reef Angel Star?

I have been looking at many reviews of the Apex but I have not found one review of the Reef Angel Star controller.
To be honest I am just tired of seeing the word Apex everywhere so I am looking at other equipment like the Reef Angel Star.
Anyone that has one please post your experience with this unit.

One advantage of known equipment is the amount of research and experience others have that you can use when you are in trouble, you will find threads with apex issues and others saying what’s best what’s more reliable but im a network admin and I can tell you technology breaks! No matter the price the build etc, 2 factors so double the changes software bugs and hardware bugs. It does not matter which you choose they will all have issues sooner or later research and other people’s experiences are golden

There is a robust forum and large community on the reef angel website regarding programming of their controllers / hardware / etc. I too am interested in peoples reviews of the star as I haven't seen a whole lot regarding the new reef angel, I'll be curious to see what experiences people have!
