Anything similar to a juvenile engineer goby?

So I was in my local Petco today with a friend who needed some water conditioner. While she was looking for what she needed I decided to look at the fish (yes mine deals in salt) when I saw something cool like a swimming living ribbon. Asked for help and was told a bit about it. Sadly it gets too big for my 32 Flex so does anyone know of something similar that only gets like 4 inches or so?

Dottybacks are similar in shape to engineer gobies but only grow to be a few inches in length. They like to dig and will create burrows to dwell in (although they will come out for feeding).

I know it doesn't look the same, but Midas Blenny swim with an eel like movement. They are really cool to watch and have a great personality.
