Anyway to save this rainbow bubble tip

My friend had a rainbow bubble tip he said was dying I picked it up think I could save it but when I saw it I had no idea is there still hope for this if so any tips to save it

My dude..... I'm not going to lie, that looks about dead already.

The first step's going to have to be figuring out what was causing it to decline.

Does it have a bacterial infection, Was this caused by other anemones either aggression or chemical warfare, was the tank brand new, inadequate original home... Can't treat it, unless we know the cause..
