aomerhing wrong with my tank please help

I've had systems were I let water quality fall and everything inside was doing great, I guess it was such a gradual change they just adapted. But just like you any new addition would die. Now I do a 20% water change before adding new fish. I wish I could be better help. Is recommend a good water change and maybe have a local reefer use their test equipment to help. Good luck

Where does your water come from?

Do you have an ro, and is it plluing the clhoramines out? Goven your srea runs this and isnt currently in a burn

Okay so after doing all tests everything was good with my water but then my I got a Royal gramma next day he disappeared thought he mightev jumped out my tank and cat got him so I went and got another one so I came to the tank 2 days later and what do u know 2 Royal grammas in the tank I searched everywhere for the first one he must've found a good hiding spot so now I have to healthy grammas in the same tank which I have read isn't good because of territory problems anyone have any insight on whether I should return one or not
