ap700 light Schedule for LPS

Hi could anyone share a screen shot of there schedule on a ap700 or even the new model for lps dominate tank

iv made a small Acan garden and would prefer to no turn them red/ green to best of my ability without a par meter. I know this makes it a guessing game.

I can’t get hold of par meter where in am in Australia and don’t really want to spend $1200aud for my own to use once.

I don't run any red or green on mine. In the past I did and noticed a significant increase in nuisance algae growth.

I have two mounted 12 inches above the water. About 19 inches of water to the bottom.

I use the lunar cycle as well.
