So my 1-link magically stopped working. The light is on on it. the power supply is plugged in. everything is plugged in. It did feel like the innards of the unit don't fit firmly in the case.
I've had the same issue. They use a dab of hot glue to hold the circuit board in place. Most likely came loose. You'll need to take it apart and hot glue or superglue back in place.
