So I setup my APEX and prepped the tank so I can go away for 10 days. I left it so all my family had to do was check the tank inhabitants and keep them happy and fed.

2 days ago part of the APEX setup went dark and I cannot log in to Fusion as it states my system is "offline"

I am now here at the house and see that I cannot even install the Fusion app onto my iPad mini (which is what I used as my controller interface).

This is upsetting as I never had this issue before. Seems that I have 2 problems- APEX stopped supporting iPad mini, and now I have to reset my APEX 2016....

Frustration!

Try connecting to the local Apex console from a web browser at http://apex.local

When prompted for username and password, this is not the same as your Fusion credentials. If you don't know the local login details, the default is:

Username: admin
Password: 1234

As for your iPad, how old is the IOS it's running? You might just need to update the iPad in order to install the latest Fusion IOS app.

Thanks for the reply-

This is what I did- I went under the cabinet and checked the status light on the Neptune "Brain" was solid green, the Energybar was flashing orange. I figured to remove the Aquabus cables to remove power and waited approx 10 secs. I figured this would "reboot" the brain. This in fact worked so I was good with that. The ipad mini should have the latest updates, but I think that the app is no longer supported by Apple for the mini (I think I have the 1st or 2nd version).
