Apex 5.10 8FF2 update problems

Updated to the newest version. Also updated the fmm mod as well. Only things connected to the mod are AFS and ATO.
AFS works as it should. Now the ato will not work. I submitted a ticket in. They instructed me to change flow meters to optic and the other two to water on floor. After I send it to upload it goes rite back to flow meters. I can not even turn the ato pump on at all, but AFS works as it completely should. Any thoughts or ideas? I’m still waiting in response from Neptune. I am thinking it’s a software problem.

My PAR probe stopped working after the last 2 AOS updates as well (ASM module). Neptune insists it's not a software issue...

Everything was working properly until I updated it. I will be ticked off if they say it’s not their problem that is the equipment

I had issues with my Flow meters after the patch a couple of weeks ago...I did not follow the directions.

Make sure find, read, and to follow the "patch notes". The FMM's had to be unplugged for a bit after the update to start working again. Not sure if it specifically mentions other items...but it's worth a shot.
