Apex alarm help

Hello Reefers!

Very, very new to Neptune Apex- just set it up today actually and this alarm keeps coming.

How do identity this- and how do i make it go away?

Note that i have no salinity probe or input.

Hmm and if you click again on the settings button and click on the thermometer icon, is there any mention of a Salinity probe?

Yeah i have this one, disabled though

The alarm is that it see the salinity probe under 32ppt.

Nope, don’t have one.. Not planning on getting one either

It is off for good is it not? How more off than ‘disabled‘ can it be?

When you click the gear and then the hierarchy key then click on probes and emails. What does it say?

You might have to work with Neptune support on this one. I’ve seen other reports of it being a firmware bug

When you click out the alarm, then go to all 3, and see if there is one for salinity.
