I am in the middle of resetting up my tank after a move and would love to minimize the number of outlets I am using. If the pmup is plugged into the correct power port/plug on the side of the eb832, do I need to still provide power to the atk/llm unit or will it get enough power from the usb port on the eb832?

No, no need! Not unless you're planning on using the 24v outlet on the FMM for something else.

As for sensors, they will work either way - your Aquabus (USB) is enough!
