i set up an apex and atk about a month ago and everything was working good. Then around last week or the ato started sending alerts and alarms and overfills and turns off. The alarm goes off about every two hours. Pretty much it all the sudden doesn’t work like it did the first few weeks.
And the other thing I was wondering do you set it up for the ato to turn off when the return pump turns off so it doesn’t alarm when the water level goes up temporarily?

I had the same thing happened after 3-5 months it just stop working for so annoying I just turned it off

Now that I think about I had the atk before my apex and ever since I hooked it up to my apex is when it quit working like it should

I put it in stand alone mode for now until I get some time to sit down and mess around with it. Software is all up to date

The atk was the worse piece of equipment we bought. Always alarming, over filling, under filling ect ect. Can not figure it out. We have multiple alarms daily. Neptune was no help. They claim everything is working how it should. I'm sorry if this is how it is supposed to work I'm looking elsewhere as soon as I am able

I ended up just going with a jbj ato .... no problem there !! Plug set the sensor and play

Yah it works fine on stand alone mode

I think it’s becaise I power off return during feeding and it just makes it go bonkers when synced up with apex.

I’m wondering what you all do when you power off return pump and water level rises. Do you have it power off or leave it on. I wanna say after like 5 minutes it start to alarm. I guess that depends on if you even power off return during feeding or not
