I’m thinking about getting an Apex, but wondering how users are controlling their existing pumps. I have a Vectra M2 which I like a lot, but it doesn’t seem compatible / controllable from the Apex. For example, how do users turn down pump flow for “feed mode” or do you just turn the pump on / off?

Thanks in advance.

Only can turn pump on and off with an outlet.

I don’t turn my return pump down. 1/2 my fish won’t eat if I turn off my power heads

The pump controller has a feed mode.

Vectra isn’t apex compatible - never will be. ETM are about to launch their own platform. Morpheus, or something like that. Maybe that was the guy from the Matrix .....

The Vector is only compatible with itself - for some reason Ecotech didn't put a 0-10V outlet in it. I suspect it was because they wanted to develop their own controller and a closed ecosystem. Regardless, that alone was enough to convince me not to get one; the Varios pumps were a better deal and were controllable.
