I have always run a grounding probe on my tank. I'm about to set up an apex. Do people plug the grounding probe into the EB8 or the GFCI? How do you get the apex to monitor stay voltage? Thank you for the help

mine is just plugged into gfci.

apex can not monitor stray voltage as it monitors flow on the hot side and the ground never has current unless there is a problem.

you wont need to monitor voltage as if you have a probe into a gfci you will get a heartbeat text that your entire system is offline.

ideal situation: apex plugged into gfci with grounding probe. seperate circuit powering apex plugs.

Ok so ground probe into GFCI thank you. I'm going to put return and heaters on one EB8, and powheads on a seperate EB8 into seperate GFCI. That way if one trips I still have circulation
