Just got the ATK

installed it and I am frustrated. Pump doesn’t turn on at all.
I lift the sensors way out of the water in my sump and nothing.
Any ideas??

Can you post your programming?
Looks like you have a if then statement with salinity...

I assume you have your pmup pump attached and have all the sensors attached and plugged in accordingly.
The programming will be at the pump and you can modify.
Check the pump tile, click the little gear. You should see a box on the right side of the screen...
Here is my programming:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If WLev_L OPEN Then ON
If WLev_H CLOSED Then OFF
If ATO_L OPEN Then OFF
When On > 006:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:20 Then OFF
Min Time 010:00 Then OFF
If Power Apex Off 000 Then OFF
If Salt < 34.0 Then OFF
If Output VO_ATOSwitch = ON Then OFF

Where WLev_L and WLev_H are the 2 sensors on the ATK and the ATO_L is an optical sensor I have in my RO/DI reservoir.

Recently had this happen to me, I had to make sure the outlet assigned to the Module needs to be on as well I believe. At least that's what fixed my issue.

Watch this video on the setup.
make sure to go to task select atk it pretty much sets it up for you.
Start at minute 6:50

I ran this setup. Do i need to install the pump also? Setup works just fine, just pump wont turn on.

I know it’s stupid. But you have the power supply connected to the FMM? The usb will power on the FMM but you need the power supply plugged in as well.

some silly questions:
Does the ATK have a power source, not just the Apex USB port? It requires a unique power source. Should be an outlet on your Energy Bar.
Forget the sensors can you manually turn on the PMUP? If not then the power settings are not correct.

The unit does work well but getting it setup can be frustrating.

With the ATK, there are 2 options. Standalone and Apex. Assuming you have a full Apex set up:
The FMM has aquabus ports and a 24v port.
On the pmup, there is one wire (24v power) that needs to be plugged in to the EBB, Apex or the FMM module with power supply. If you are plugging it into the FMM module, you need to use the 24v 36W power supply for the FMM.
The aquabus should be plugged into either another module with an open port, EBB or the Apex unit.
If the pmup isn't plugged into the FMM w/ power, EBB or Apex unit, it will not work.
The aquabus is only for data and low voltage power for the FMM module. If you plug the pmup into the FMM module without a power supply providing 24v power to the FMM, it will not work.
The sensors should be plugged into the FMM and note the order of each, so you can complete the programming.
Also note the 24v port you use as that "outlet" will be needed to define the programming.
The programming turns the pump on/off using the 24v port "outlet" and the sensors are the triggers. Everything else in the programming defines the parameters as to how long, or if it should/should not turn on based on other events/triggers.

To manually turn on the pump, you can plug it into a 24v port on the EBB or Apex and turn that 24v outlet on through the Apex Fusion interface.

I had this problem and was at wit's end, and as cited above, my problem was I didn't have power to the FMM module assuming it worked like other accessories and was powered through the aquabus - it needs the DC adapter to turn on.

Double check that this isn't your issue.
