Whenever you hook up the switch to the breakout box it will become a number. The way I have mine set up, I have an ATO reservoir that fills itself automatically from my RODI unit. There are three float switches... Switch 1 at the bottom, Switch2 at the top, and Switch3 at the very top as an emergency backup. I need to add in a time limiter but I'm lazy. There is a notification set up for when Switch1 closes so I know my RODI unit is running and one for if Switch3 opens so I know there's an overflow condition that may be present or at least there's something wrong with Switch2 (i.e. Switch3 should NEVER open unless there's a problem. Here's my programming for the solenoid controlling my RODI unit flow:
Fallback OFF
If Switch1 CLOSED Then ON
If Switch2 OPEN Then OFF
If Switch3 OPEN Then OFF
And here's my email alarm statement:
Set OFF
If Temp > 82.0 Then ON
If Temp < 74.5 Then ON
If Switch3 OPEN Then ON
If Switch1 CLOSED Then ON
