Trying to see if I can add any of this info outside of the SKY lighting, if I am doing something wrong, or if everyone’s looks like this?

The items that are grayed out will likely be new features introduced as Neptune continues development. As you said, it's still a Beta version, so there's more work to do on it.

At least a year i think, I’ve had my setup for that long and it’s always been the same way
