Apex cant find wifi

I've never ran across this before.

Apex disconnected.

So go into Apex.local and there is no wifi available.

-Modem is located within 12' of Apex

-I've reset modem numerous times.
Singal shows back up on everything else in the house.

-Reset Apex wifi connection numerous times

-When I eventually do get it to show the wifi signal in Apex.local. I enter password for wifi. It seems like it's accepted. Sky's go on and off. Apex goes to orange. Then about 15 seconds later, switches back to blue. Putting me back at square one.

Suggestions? I've created a ticket already

Version 5.06 8c21

Also to note, Neptune had to do some backend program fix on one of my Sky's this past Wednesday. That ticket is still open. It wouldn't connect to fusion.

It also seems like the lan line is maybe needed if it's running a out of date software version. But mine is saying it up to date

Is it not just you have to turn off the 5ghz network for your device to find it?
