Apex Classic Alarm Code

I've just recently setup my Apex Classic. I keep getting an alarm that states "Set OFF". Can anyone answer what that alarm is? I've included a screenshot of my Alarm Log. I am new to the Apex Control system so all help is appreciated.

I've found the alarm it's related too, but still can't figure out what's triggering it...

I had this happen with my 2016 apex. There was no programming in the alarm outlet, but I had inadvertently enabled a PH range one of the other outlets (or maybe it was the probe setup, don't entirely recall - I was in the midst of apex hair pulling mode, so it's all a blur). You'll have to go through them to see if you've done something similar.
