I'm trying to hook up my old Apex classic and fusion will not detect it. I know the apex works because it shows everything on the display. Is there something I can do to get it to connect to the app? Thanks,

You my have to reset it to factor setting. I had to when I got the one I am using. Google how to do it. Did you get the display with it? You will need that to reset it.

Its no longer supported by Neptune

Thanks for the help. I got it connected but now the firmware was out of date and I tried to update it, but it locked up the head unit and neptune does not support these any longer.

A2 series and A3 series current units under support

As are the Full and Lite. Both are fully functional with fusion and updates. Will they be repaired? No. But they are still able to use all neptune services.

Try System>Net Setup>IP Address but you will find Classic will connect, yes but if you create a ticket, you will not get any support via fusion
