In the past, I have heard of many using the amazon fire in lieu of the Neptune display module.

How is everyone hooking the fire to the brain unit?

Are you able to make adjustments as you would on the Neptune display OR do you do that via fusion?

I think Terrance did a YouTube video on the subject. A quick search should find it

To clarify, you are just looking for a better display right? I think it doesn't replace the brain/display but an added and more usable display. I use the Fire 7 myself, with always on turned on in the developers menu, and dolphin web browser for full page.

Neptune has videos on this. I recall the new Fires have a different display that doesn't present the 3 columns the way the older ones do.

Cool idea, but I have fusion bookmarked on my laptop, and the app on my iPhone and iPad and concluded a permanent tablet as a display offered little benefit, especially when your hands are wet.

fwiw, the price on the nivison gone up to $95 since the video was recorded

Third party access to apex as any computer would, it’s not a direct aquabus connection. In my case, I use an iPad mini running fusion. Not 24/7, as I close it down at night. I did not have a good experience with the Fire tablets. Both of mine died within a few months.
