I got an apex with a BOB, looking at doing a bit of a complex code for some outlets.

What I would like is for my float switch to trigger a pump in my ato tank (to stir the kalk) for 1 minute before triggering the ato pump itself.
kalk pump run max 3 mins per hour, ato max 5 mins per hour, with a single float to trigger, and a defer for 2 mins to keep it from triggering excessively

That sounds like a tough one. More than I can figure out at the moment. Have you tried asking and searching in the Neptune forums?

I asked over on the Neptune boards, and no one has replied. Maybe I found something that the apex can't handle?

They are hiring a software person so maybe no one there knows. That is a complex one. I bet it could be done but it took all my skills and then asking for help just to get my heater to come off and on so I'm no help.

It can be done but you would need like 6 or so virtual outlets for all of the timing I would pm Russ on the neptune boards he's a coding genius he could figure it out

With my kalk stirrer, I was only stirring it once every 4 hours to keep the solution saturated. If you are going to stir your ATO-Kalk tank each time it needs to top-off the tank, you may not be giving it enough time to settle. I think 15 minutes between stir and settling maybe required.

Regardless, I would keep it simple and try programming the ATO stirring pump to go off once an hour for 5 minutes on the hour.

Then let the ATO run on the half hours for 15 minutes or a maybe 30 minutes max.

Is you ATO a stand alone unit or is it controlled completely by APEX?

Tom

Everything is controlled by the single float on the apex
