I keep getting this message when trying to link to fusion. I have read countless threads on how to fix this and nothing seems to work. I checked the DHCP. I changed the DNS.

Any ideas?

The DHCP changes the IP Address every time you reboot the display. Go to system on your apex display and choose internet, scroll to IP Adress and write it down or memories it. Go to your computer and type in the IP address on the search line of your browser. If you are connected, you will see a login page. Default is user: admin , password:1234 It is on the Apex Classic anyway. If this part works, you will get a menu screen that tells you if Fusion is connected. I had a lot of problems getting Fusion to work even though I could control my system from the computer login that I described. I could not figure out why it would go down and then come back again later, all by itself. I gave up and ran a Ethernet cable between the head unit and the WIFI router and haven't had a problem since.
