APEX Compatible LEDS

Hi All,

I'm shopping lights for my RSR350 and getting lost in the abys. I want to connect my lights to my apex and was set on Hydras but it appears the IOTA will not work with my homes Apple router setup. So back to square 1. Are Radions good to go with a WXM if I can find one? Or has WMX been phased out with the latest G5? I am getting lost in the compatibility issues here and hoping someone can just point me to some quality lights that are user friendly (First reef tank).

Will Kessil APX9 work without too much trouble?

Big fan of Radion G5’s on my RSR 425 XL. Control through separate Mobius app and not my Apex. Once setup on Mobius, I never touch them. Do monitor electrical usage through the Apex.

The new radions don't work w/ the WXM. I would look at Kessil. I know you used to be able to control them with a cable to the Apex, not sure about the new ones.

Just do the Radions and set them up in Mobius. For most, using a separate app for the Radions is not an issue. The G5’s won’t work with the Apex.

Gotcha. Perhaps the integration to apex is secondary to the light itself. Seems shortsighted for most lights to not work with apex. What’s the point then?
