Been running my apex with fusion for 2 years with minimal issues but in the last month it has been disconnecting from fusion several times throughout the day and as of right now I have been unable to connect to fusion for the last hour even though net gear lights are all green and wifi speed test is over 100 mbps from router to location of net gear. Has anyone else been having this issue? And does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Last month or 2 months ago I had 2 instances/notification regarding fusion disconnection. People on the neptune forum made a big noise and it looks like they modified the code to no longer pinging the apex constantly and I have not seen the problem since.
I am at an older firmware which is 4.33_BD14 and I refused to upgrade the firmware because it has been working great. Also on the side node. I have port forwarding setup and using the Android app. When fusion was complaining, my app or the browser worked fine. I knew that was a glitch on the server side so I just ignore the message from Fusion....

I'm also using the older version. I am always weary of new updates. I will give the app a try. Thanks!

If you use the iPhone app, you need to make 2 profiles (like you have 2 controllers); 1 for the local network 192.169.1.50...; and 1 for the external network using your public IP address and port number......The android App seems more natural to me...Or I don't know how to use the iPhone app. I had to switch for a few days on an iPhone and I gave it a finger!

Yea I've got an android. Never had an iPhone and I'm sure I will never switch over. I hate relearning OS's. Lol

I'm using the latest firmware and haven't had any issues with Fusion. I'm on it quite a bit tweeking my system.

Well, I spoke too early. Fusion is down right now for my apex. I saw the notification like 1 or 2 hours ago. I ignored it and I just checked on fusion and it is down now STILL. I gave up on the NEW fusion a few months ago.
And of course the local or android app is working fine....:(

Interesting. I have an iPhone 6s and have zero issues with it staying connected. Only time I had an issue is when we lost power and I had to reset the ip on the Apex itself.

I had the same problem with a Netgear. I tried many things but ultimately I replaced the Netgear with this powerline adapter. End of frustration.
