Apex Controller and Sump Cabinet Ideas?

Good morning Reefers,

So I'll be having a cabinet built this weekend to house my Apex Controller and Sump (Triton 26). The cabinet will be sitting next to my Red Sea Reefer 170. I've looked around, and have thought about doing a recessed cove with a false wall. I'm looking for something modern too.

Can anyone show me some of there ideas if they have a similar combo? Pictures please!!

Just a thought... Having a closed cabinet with your sump AND Apex could cause excess moisture on (and around) your Apex wiring. I know in their mounting suggestions they recommend being outside of immediate high-moisture areas.

That being said, I am looking forward to nice modern cabinet pictures, too!

So my idea is to have a wall separating everything so there would be no potential for any moisture.

Its definitely possible and I'd never recommend putting it anywhere near an area where you notice splashing or salt creep but mine sits over the return chamber above the sump with zero issues over the past 4 years.
