Apex controller issues

so my apex controller that has been setup for awhile stop working today. of course, it happen after neptune systems business hrs on a friday evening. it started with my lights turning off and then back on randomly. when i check the display it seem to be frozen. the status lights were blinking orange. I unplugged the energy bar waited for a minute then plunged back in. everything seem to return to normal for about 5 minutes then it started again with the lights. now the display screen is dark and i have no idea what is working and what is not. i also have no idea what happened to the controller i have not touched it for weeks and it's location is high and dry. any thoughts?

I recently had to replace my base module with the same issue. If you recently bought it, Paul will replace it under warranty if you've had it less than a year...

It's silly that this is happening to these... Makes me gun shy.. What if the module shuts down and leaves my heater off?

I think it's programmed not to leave those outlet on.

believe me this sucks. My best piece of equipment isn't working correctly

I still love a controller....I wouldn't have a tank with out it.

On the bright side, it let me know of an issue...by flashing the lights and give me an error signal on my phone. I would rather have that then floating fish and cooked acros.
