Apex Cor 15 Question

Okay l connected the Cor 15 controller to the 1link module but the Cor controller doesn't power up, the green led on the 1link is on.
Do it have to be connected to fusion in order for the cor to work? I don't have Internet in my garage It's connected to Apex Classic.

Assure the one link is connected and moreso, it is updated to latest firmware.

Are we sure you dont need the DC power supply for the 1Link Module to run the COR 15? Similar to the FMM requiring it to run anything off of the DC port

Yes I beleive need 24v power plugged to 1link
