I bought the full apex with standard pH probe from brs about 2 weeks ago and still don't have a functioning probe. My pH was all over the place and almost crashed my tank because of it. Turns out mine was a orp probe. I thought it was calibrated and of course a ph probe not orp. After talking with customer service they told me to send it back to them. Not knowing it was an orp probe I sent it back via priority mail last Tuesday for $7 ( not happy about that ). They received it on Thursday and I got email from them telling me it was orp and asking if that is what I ordered. I told them no I ordered the standard pH probe. They Sent another email later that day asking to confirm I wanted pH and not orp. I sent a reply and figured that unless they send overnight I will probably not get it till Monday. Got my email from them today and they are sending it via UPS GROUND!!!! You have to be kidding me Neptune. I will not get it till Friday!!!!

I decided to buy the apex based on part by the great customer service I read about. I was expecting them to say they were sending new probe with prepaid box to return mine. Is it unreasonable to expect them to atleast get it back faster then 8 days.
