Apex disconnected from Fusion. Please help

My Apex2 & Fusion have been flawless for over a year. Lost power 2 nights ago and lost connection to Fusion. I am at a point where it appears I need to insert a token into the "link to apex" field. My understanding is I need to find that token at top
Right of dashboard -problem is dashboard is blocked
by field saying apex is disconnected from fusion.Can't find how to get past that field. Thanks in advance for any help.

I was just wondering if you could get the apex back in order. Have you reached out to the Apex team?
