Picked a great week to be out of town when my Apex decided to stop communicating with the Wi-Fi. I’ve rebooted three times I even unplugged the system twice. The error message will not let me get into any kind of set up or change any settings to try to look for the Wi-Fi. All other Wi-Fi devices are working just fine. The message just overlays the homepage. It says the Apex isn’t connected to fusion and will not let me do anything beyond calendars or chemicals. Not very helpful in my opinion. Any suggestions, especially those that might work while I’m out of town, would be greatly appreciated! It’s really good about sending me texts that it’s not connected.

I had the same problem about 1 month ago. Turned off and on my Apex and WiFi. After the restart it took a few minutes before I could get in.

I tried that several times before I left. It is not even showing up on my router. It is like it is not even trying. I don’t understand why you can’t get around this stupid error message to address the problem in the app.

I have booted and rebooted 10 times. I am tired of rebooting. Is there a Plan B that is recommended by Neptune or anyone else. This has to work or I need to pull it out and demand a return of my money. Can’t believe this happened in less than 3 weeks. Is this normal?

Is there a hard reboot? If I do that, do I lose all of the configurations. That’s a lot of so. I didn’t even do the lights, a professional did.
