Apex Display issues

Yesterday, I selected an item on my display(something like WiFi status, I don’t remember the exact name)
It has been frozen like this ever since.
I have tried deleting it, updating it, powering down the entire apex, using all the buttons, and praying
Has anyone had this happen? How do I fix it!

Did you unplug the display cable and plug it back in. Possibly bad connection. Otherwise faulty display unit.

No problems until now, even with another display.

i would contact apex and open a ticket

I bought a new display for my old Apex Classic (it wasn't classic when I bought it) and it did the same thing at about a week old. Had to send it back to Neptune. I was surprised when they repaired it instead of sending a new one but it works fine now.

They did try to fix it remotely first so I would go ahead and start a ticket with Neptune.

One more thing you can try. Go to the Modules page. Click on the Display module. On the next page, do the Update Software Action.
