Apex displaying local phone time vs tank time

I am traveling and have noticed that the Fusion app is showing the time bar in dosing windows based on the time where I am, rather than the time where the tank is. See picture below - taken at 125pm local here in Asia while tank is at 125am in Washington. Is this somehow supposed to happen this way or a glitch or do I have something set wrong?

That is normal when the device accessing Fusion and the Apex are in different time zones.
