Apex Dos and DDR setup question

I recently set up the Apex Dos and DDR, and set up the dosing intervals etc etc. My question is, does the Neptune system know to stagger the dosage, as in, dosing alk first, then waiting a bit before dosing calcium?

No, you need to stagger the start times manually in the setup screen.

I staggered mine. My start and end times for Alk are 00:00 to 23:50. My start end end times for Calcium are 00:05 to 23:55. This spreads out the dosings so that I don't get any precipitation in my sump or in my return pumps.
