Apex dos head

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help . So basically I have an apex dos and ddr. All the lights on the dos are show ing that it has power but, when I press The button on one of the pumps the motor doesn’t spin. The other pump works as it should. I think the motor on one of the heads is bad. If anyone has any suggestions it will b glady appreciated. Also I opened a support ticket with apex and waiting for their response

If you remove the head, does the motor spin?

no, it doesn’t spin but the light on the do’s goes from orange to blue

Does sound like the motor is shot. Had the same happen with mine. Only useful suggestion is to do as you have: open a repair ticket with Neptune.

Have you by any chance tried turning the Dos head in question on via the Dos Outlet button switched to on? Long shot... Sounds like repair is needed...
