My fairly new DOS is not pulling part A. I had it running about 10 days and it worked, then it stopped. I have taken the hoses off and soaked them to make sure that was not the issue. I have also tried running RODI through the lines as well. It does not pull part A, or RODI.

My Dos is about 20 inches from my sample container and it pumps another 18" to the sump.

It does not pull when pressing the manual dose button either.

Any ideas?

Yes you need to make sure when installing line to dos that you push hard while tightening the nut. This connection tends to be loose causing this issue

Is the container your "part A" is in have a vent? I ran into this issue when I set up my reef dose. About a week in a noticed it was no longer pulling fluid, realized it was due to it creating a vacuum in the bottle I was pulling from. Loosened up the caps so they were very loose and it resolved my issue.

Really inspect the tubing and make sure there is not a hole any where on the suction side of the tubing as that will break the vacuum that is being created by the doser and not allow it to move fluid. also inspect where the tubing connects to the doser and make sure its not sucking air. Thats where I would start...

Please don't cross-post. I replied to your other version of this same question:

I have not though of or tried this. I will drill a hole in my container now so it vents. Thanks
