Apex dos not working

The blue lights go on the log says it dosed the correct amount but the heads don't spin any I put would be appreciated thanks

Maybe need to replace the dosing tube?

I removed the heads and and pushed both buttons and nothing

Did you make sure that the DOS power supply is still connected or supplying power?

To confirm this unplug the AquaBus cable from the DOS.
If the the status light turn OFF then you do not have 24V power to have the motors turn.
If you see the status lights stay on and start to flash then you do have power and then it is a hardware issue and you will need to submit a support ticket to send in the DOS for diagnostics

Agh thank you I must have a bad outlet I don't have it plugged into the eb8 I switched to another outlet and bingo
I need to replace that receptacle asap thanks for the help
