Apex DOS pump 1 running non stop

Anyone have problem with DOS that one pump is keep running even fusion said it is off. Somehow looks like the prime button is short or gone crazy. It keep turning on and stay on. Only way is to press it few times to be off then it stuck on later again. I try unplugging and plug back in and still the same. Delete and readd DOs tile same thing

That's a hardware issue. You should contact Neptune support about it.

Ever get an answer on this? Mine just did the same thing on two DOS
