Apex Dos

Just bought a brand new Apex Dos from someone here. It was still sealed when I opened it. I was calibrating it when it started to make a clicking noise. I found a similar problem on youtube and I was just wondering if this is normal. It is also the left pump making the noise. The right pump does not.

Double check the tabs that hold the head onto the dosing unit, it may not be clicked on all the way. I had this happen to me. If not, remove the head and realign it and see if that helps
