Calibrated my Dos but when when doing awc it's way off.Any Suggestions thank you

If I do a 2.5 gallon water change off about half of gallon. It removes more then adding. The water that is adding is also pulsating out of tube when motor is spinning fast

That does seem to be excessive. Does it seem like air is getting into the tube? There definitely shouldn’t be any air bubbles, but if one of the connections is loose and it’s sucking in some air that can definitely affect it’s accuracy.

Also, when you calibrated it, was it in the same configuration as it is now? For example, if it was calibrated with short tubes and now it’s running 30 feet through your walls then that could affect the calibration. It should be calibrated in the same configuration that it will run in.

Calibrated at the same length.Im using all rodi line.I dont see any bubbles but maybe it could be sucking air in when running fast

Were is the waist water drawn from? I have mine drawing from the skimmer section of the sump with the line 5 inches unthreatening the water line and have the New saltwater line in the return section of the sump.

Question, are the old and new Milliliters the same for the same amount of time?

Mine is setup the same as yours. The removing water is fine. Its the pump adding the water that is lacking

After calibrating mine was also off, although on the removal side. I watched sump level everyday and changed the ML up or down according to the water level till it was consistent.
Meaning if the water was high, I changed the removal pump by a few ML and rechecked the level the next day. I'm not to worried about accuracy due to AWC.
But it is close according to my markings on my storage container.
You can do the same manual adjustment with the feed pump. If it calibrated at 37ML move to 35ML and recheck.
The pulsing is normal but not air and spitting.
