Apex down? Need help regaining function.

Is Apex fusion down for others or just me?

My internet is working, and my apex is hardwired to my router.

I need to regain control ASAP because my return pump was switched off for a feeding. I can't turn it or others back on.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot?

Glad you got it working.

For next time - put "apex.local/" in your address bar. Since you stated that you're hardwired, this will connect you directly with your apex without going through Fusion. It will look slightly different but works basically the same way. Helpful in many situations.

ETA: It will connect you as long as you didn't rename your apex in your router. If you did rename it, you can use the address the router gives the apex to connect.
